中药超声电导透入治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药超声电导透入治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法:选择粘连性肠梗阻80例随机分为两组,对照组病人使用西医常规治疗,治疗组病人加用中药超声电导透入治疗。观察两组病人腹痛消失时间、肛门排气时间、肛门排便时间、住院日数。结果:治疗组腹痛消失时间、肛门排气时间、肛门排便时间、住院日数改善明显少于对照组。结论:中药超声电导透入治疗可明显促进粘连性肠梗阻病人的康复,值得推广。Objective： The purpose was to study the effect of medicine phoresis therapy by ultrosound in promoting the intestinal function.Methods：80 patients with adhension of intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group used medicine phoresis therapy by ultrosound which the control group did not.The time of abdominal pain released and the first time of exhaust and defecation were observed.Results：There are significant difference between the experimental group and the control group at the clinical treatment effect.Conclusion： Medicine phoresis therapy by ultrosound could promot the recovery of intestinal function.It is useful in patients with adhension of intestinal obstruction.
