摘  要:目的:利用傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)对小儿感冒复方制剂(小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒)进行鉴别和质量评估。方法:以5个不同企业生产的小儿感冒复方制剂为分析对象,根据红外谱图吸收峰的峰形、峰位、相对强度、相似度、二阶导数图等的差异,对产品进行检测。结果:这5种小儿感冒复方制剂均有各自红外特征谱,它们的差异可以达到类同制剂的鉴别和质量监控。结论:该方法快速、简便、直观、可靠,适用于药物的鉴定。Objective:This paper first used Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) for children cold compound preparations(Children's Anfen Huang Namin Granules) to identify and quality evaluate.Methods: With five pediatric cold compound preparations from different enterprises as analysis object,the infrared spectras according to the absorption peaks form,the peaks position,intensity,similarity,second derivative and so on,the products were detected.Results: It was shown that they have their own features in the infrared spectras for pediatric cold compound preparations,and their differences can be achieved for the similar preparations to identify and quality control.Conclusion: FTIR is proved to be a rapid,simple,intuitive and reliable method,and is suitable for medicine identification.
