摘  要:目的:建立益智仁挥发油薄层指纹图谱,为其鉴别和质量评价提供依据。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)方法,建立了益智仁挥发油的薄层指纹图谱。结果:确定益智仁挥发油薄层条件为:预制硅胶G高效薄层板,以石油醚(60℃~90℃)-环己烷-乙酸乙酯(8∶1∶1)为展开剂,点样量为2μL。显色条件为:喷10%硫酸乙醇溶液,于105℃烘5 min,置紫外光灯下(365 nm)观察,得到益智仁挥发油的薄层色谱指纹图谱。结论:所建立的方法具有简便,专属,稳定,直观,可重复的特点,可用于益智仁的鉴别和质量的评价。Objective:To establish thin-layer chromatography(TLC) fingerprint of Volatile Oil from Alpinia oxyphylla Miquel for providing the reference for its identification and quality evaluation.Methods:TLC fingerprint chromatograms were established by TLC fingerprint of Volatile Oil from Alpinia oxyphylla Miquel.Results:Chromatographic conditions were as follows: stationary phanol-precoated HPTLC silica gel 60 plate;developing solvent:petroleum ether(60 ℃-90 ℃)-cyclohexane-ethylacetate(8∶ 1∶ 1);The optimum dropping amounts was 2 microlitres;derivative reagent:10%H2SO4 ethanolic solution,heating at 105℃ for 5 min and observing the fluorescent chromatogram in a UV cabinet at 365 nm,then establishing TLC fingerprint of Volatile Oil from Alpinia oxyphylla Miquel.Conclusion:Themethod has been proved to be feasible for the identification of this crude drug.
