温肾解毒祛瘀方对早期糖尿病肾病患者血浆内皮素和P-选择素的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟温肾解毒祛瘀方对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者血浆内皮素(ET)和血清P-选择素(Ps)的影响。方法将60例早期DN患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例在常规治疗的同时加用温肾解毒祛瘀方,对照组30例加用洛汀新。治疗前及治疗30 d后检测ET、Ps的水平。结果 2组治疗后尿微量白蛋白、血肌酐、ET和Ps水平均明显改善,2组治疗后尿微量白蛋白水平比较无显著性差异,血肌酐、ET、Ps水平比较均有显著性差异。结论温肾解毒祛瘀方可明显降低早期DN患者ET和Ps水平,效果优于洛汀新。Objective It is to explore the effects of Wenshen Jiedu Quyu decoction made by myself on plasma ET and Ps in patients with diabetic nephropathy（DN） in early stage.Methods 60 cases of patients with DN were randomly divided into 2 groups.On the basis of normal therapy,treatment group 30 cases were treated with Wenshen Jiedu Quyu decoction,and control group was treated with Lotensin.The levels of ET and Ps were determined before treatment and in 30 days after treatment.Results The levels of urine micro-albumin,blood Scr,ET and Ps were all obviously improved in both groups after treatment.There was no significant difference in urine micro-albumin level,but significant differences in Scr,ET and Ps were found between the two groups.Conclusion Wenshen Jiedu Quyu decoction can obviously low down the levels of ET and Ps in patients with DN in early stage,its curative effect is better than Lotensin.
