摘　　要：目的探讨真皮下血管网皮片修复面颈部瘢痕挛缩畸形的效果。方法 切除面颈部瘢痕,创面移植真皮下血管网皮片,术后14d拆包拆线,持续佩带弹力面罩6个月-1年。结果 62例皮片均成活良好,外形及功能恢复满意。随访6个月-3年,5例术后3个月内可见较明显花斑或轻度色素沉着,随时间推移逐渐减退,1年左右颜色、感觉、质地和饱满感均接近周围正常皮肤。结论真皮下血管网皮片修复面颈部瘢痕操作简便,成活率高,能使面颈部外观及功能得到较为满意的恢复。Objective To discuss the effects of treatment of neck and facial scars contractural deformity with sub-dermal vascular network grafts.Methods Neck and facial contractural scars were removed surgically and grafted with sub-dermal vascular network flaps.Packed dressings were removed at 14 days post operation.Elastic facial masks were worn 6 to 12 months continuously.Results All skin grafts survived in 62 cases with satisfactory appearance and function.The patients were followed up 6 months to 3 years.There were obvious patchy changes or light pigmentation in 5 cases in the initial 3 months post operation,but the changes diminished gradually.The texture and tone were almost similar with the surrounding normal skin after one year.Conclusions treatment of neck and facial contractural scars using sub-dermal vascular network flaps are simple and effective with high survival rate of grafts and satisfactory appearance and function of face and neck.
