摘　　要：用便携式兽用线阵探头的超声扫描仪与直肠经验检测对比,检测受体牛第7d黄体,合格黄体的受体牛进行胚胎移植。结果表明:应用B超检测合格黄体,胚胎移植受胎率92.3%,显著高于直肠检测组57.3%.to detect the seventh day luteal of receptor cattle through the comparision between ultrasound scanner of the portable veterinary linear array probe and rectal experience detection, and then to conduct the experiment of embryo transfer for qualified luteal receptor cattle. The results showed that： embryo transfer pregnancy rate is 92.3% with the B-tested corpus luteum, which is significantly higher than the rectal test group 57.3%.
