摘　　要：目的 :为寻找降糖活性成分 ,研究黄毛木 (AraliadecaisneanaHance)的化学成分。方法 :用常规的硅胶柱层析进行分离 ,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果 :得到 7个化合物 ,分别确定为齐墩果酸 (Ⅰ ) ,熊果酸 (Ⅱ ) ,甘露醇(Ⅲ ) ,蔗糖 (Ⅳ ) ,β 谷甾醇 (Ⅴ ) ,胡萝卜苷 (Ⅵ ) ,木酮 (Ⅶ )。 结论 :化合物Ⅶ为新化合物 ,命名为木酮 (Aralone)。其中化合物Ⅱ ,Ⅲ为本属植物中首次分离得到 ,Ⅳ ,Ⅵ为本种植物中首次分离得到。OBJECTIVE:To investigatge the anti diabetic active constituents from the bark of Aralia decaisneana Hance.METHODS:To separate the constituents of Aralia decaisneana Hance by silica gel column chromatography,and to identify their sturctures on the basis of spectral analysis.RESULTS:Seven compounds were isolated from the bark of Aralia decaisneana Hance.Their structures were identified as olernolic acid (Ⅰ),ursolic acid(Ⅱ),mannitol(Ⅲ),sucrose(Ⅳ), β sitosterol(Ⅴ),daucosterol(Ⅵ) and aralone (Ⅶ),respectively.CONCLUSION:Ⅶ was a new compound,named aralone.Compound Ⅳ and Ⅵ were isolated from this plant for the first time,compound Ⅱ and Ⅲ from this genus for the first time.
