摘　　要：目的:研究用3M清洗测试棒判定医疗器械的清洗效果。方法:在棉签上使用增湿剂并涂抹器械表面采样后,将棉签放入3M清洗测试棒,用A、B、C 3种方法测定医疗器械清洗效果。结果:A组清洗效果呈灰色,监测不合格,而B组和C组清洗后监测效果是绿色,完全达标。结论:不正确的使用含氯消毒剂以及清洗用具不清洁都有可能影响清洗和监测效果,所以正确做好每一步清洗步骤,严格按照标准执行至关重要。Objective To study the cleaning effect of medical devices using 3M cleaning test bar.Methods Moistening agent was applied on cotton swab and rubbed the equipment surface for sampling.After that,the cotton swab was put into the 3M cleaning test bar,and the cleaning effect was determined using A,B and C methods.Results The cleaning effect result of group A was proved to be gray,so the cleaning was failed,while that for the group B and C was proved to be green,so the cleaning for B and C was absolutely standardized.Conclusion Both incorrect use of chlorine disinfectants and dirty cleaning utensils are likely to affect the cleaning and monitoring effects.Therefore,it is essential to do every step of cleaning correctly and strictly in accordance with the standards.
