摘　　要：通过分析韶钢宽板坯连铸机浸入式水口在生产过程中出现的各种问题,改进浸入式水口的材质、尺寸结构,优化结晶器内钢水的流动状态和温度分布,规范水口烘烤,不仅提高水口使用寿命,减少了生产事故,还提高铸坯质量,取得了显著的效果。Various problems arising from the submerged nozzle of wide slab caster of SISG during production were analyzed. The service life of the nozzle can be improved and the production accidents can be reduced by improving the material and size structure of SEN, optimizing the flow state and temperature distribution of molten steel in the mold and standardizing the SEN preheating. As a result, the slab quality has been improved significantly.
