踝足矫形器对偏瘫患者步行速度的影响

摘　　要：目的 :了解踝足矫形器 (ankle footorthosis ,AFO)对偏瘫患者步行速度的影响。方法 :30例偏瘫患者在步态分析实验室分别穿鞋和赤足行走两次 ,用摄像机录下患者的步行过程 ,用运动动态分析软件进行数据分析。结果 :不穿AFO者穿鞋和赤足的步行速度无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;不穿AFO者穿鞋与穿AFO者穿鞋加AFO时步行速度无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;不穿AFO者与穿AFO者赤足时步行速度有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;穿AFO者穿鞋加AFO与赤足时的步行速度有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :踝足矫形器可以显著提高偏瘫患者的步行速度。Objective:To investigate walking speed of hemiplegic patients with or without ankle foot orthosis(AFO).Method:The gait of thirty hemiplegic patients were recorded and analysed with Peak Motus(version 3.0).Result:Walking speeds had no significant difference between shoes on and barefoot in patients without AFO; Walking speeds had no significant difference between patients with shoes and AFO and only with shoes(without AFO); There was significant difference (P<0.01) in walking speeds between patients with and without AFO when they walk barefoot; There was significant difference (P<0.05) in walking speeds between shoes and AFO on and barefoot in patients with AFO.Conclusion:Walking speed might be increased by AFO in hemeplegic patients.
