摘　　要：丝氨酸是一种重要的蛋白氨基酸,并有许多重要的生理功能和作用。在医药、食品、化妆品中应用较为广泛。同时还是合成和构建其他非蛋白氨基酸和手性合成的重要中间体。本文从不同的起始原料的角度对DL-丝氨酸的化学合成方法进行了综述。Serine was an important protein amino acid and widely used in different fields such as pharmacetical industry,food industry and comostical industry and so on.Meanwhile,serine played an important role in synthezing other non-protien amino acid and chiral intermediates.Herein,the synthetic methods of DL-serine from different starting material were reviewed.
