摘 要:以焦化除尘灰基活性炭和无纺布为原料制成一种活性炭布。活性炭布的成形工艺采用浸渍涂布法。研究了活性炭质量分数和粘结剂质量分数对活性炭布的载炭量及碘吸附值的影响。活性炭布的载炭量随着活性炭质量分数和粘结剂质量分数的增大而增大。当活性炭质量分数为20%、粘结剂质量分数为30%时,活性炭布的碘吸附值高达291.3541 mg/g。The activated carbon made from coking fly ash and non-woven cloth were selected as raw materials to prepare a kind of activated carbon cloth.The activated carbon cloth was prepared by dip coating method.Specifically,the effects of the mass fraction of activated carbon and that of binder were comparatively studied.The iodine absorption capacity of the activated carbon clothes were also investigated.The higher the mass fractions of activated carbon and binder were,the higher the amount of contained carbon was.When the mass fraction of activated carbon was 20% and that of binder 30%,the iodine absorption capacity of the activated carbon cloth was the highest at 291.3541 mg/g.
