Synthesis of Di(trimethylolpropane) Tetraacrylate Catalyzed by the Strong Acid Cation Exchange Resin

摘  要:以双-三羟甲基丙烷和丙烯酸为原料,以强酸性离子交换树脂作为催化剂合成了双-三羟甲基丙烷丙烯酸酯。研究了影响反应的因素和催化剂的重复使用性能。结果表明,NKC-9型阳离子交换树脂具有良好的催化活性,在醇酸摩尔比为4.5∶1、催化剂用量占酸醇总质量的7%、搅拌转速400 r/min、0.5%阻聚剂以及30%带水剂苯、100℃回流分水6.0 h,最高酯化率可达92.2%;并且该树脂的催化性能比较稳定,重复使用5次,其酯化率仍在88%以上。Di(trimethylolpropane) tetraacrylate(Di-TMPTA) was synthesized with the strong acid cation exchange resins as catalyst and di-trimethylolpropane(Di-TMP) and acrylic acid(AA) as raw materials.The influent factors of esterification reaction and the reuse ability of the catalyst were investigated.The results showed that NKC-9 cation-exchange resin exhibited the highest catalytic activity.When 0.1 mol and 4.5 equivalent AA were refluxed water segregated at 100 ℃ for 6.0 h,the highest efficiency of esterification could reach 92.2% in the presence of 7 wt% NKC-9,400 r/min stirrer speed,0.5% inhibitor and 30% water-carrying agent.Besides,the NKC-9 cation-exchange resin showed good stability,and the esterification yield could reach more than 88% after being used for 5 cycles without any treatment.
