关于加强西部农村基层党组织领导能力建设的思考

摘　　要：西部农村基层党组织领导能力在新形势下面临诸多问题,致使发挥作用能力降低,已经影响到农村的改革、发展和稳定,影响到党在农村社会管理中的地位。要扭转这一不利局面,应在加强和提高基层党组织的发展力、执行力、服务力、控制力、管理力和竞争力方面下大力气。In the new situation,the rural grass roots party organization leadership faced with many problem.It have affected the rural reform,development and stability,and the party in rural social management position.This paper examines the ruling capability of rural grass roots party organization challenges,analyzes its ruling ability reduce performance and the reasons and puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening the rural grass roots party organization.
