摘　　要：在高等教育大众化、新闻出版体制改革、西部深入大开发与数字网络技术快速发展进程中,针对西部高校图书馆文献信息资源建设现状与存在问题,提出了加快西部高校图书馆文献信息资源优化建设发展思路。In the popularization of higher education,news publishing system reform,further western big development and in the process of rapid development of digital network technology,in the light of present situation and existencing problems in western university library information resources construction,the thesis puts forward some strategies to accelerate western university library literature information resource construction.
