摘  要:在75℃,pH值为6.5下,以一水硫酸锰为原料,采用空气直接氧化法,当控制Mn2+浓度为60~70 g/L,调节适当的空气流量和搅拌速度,反应12 h,即可制备得到符合锂二次电池正极材料用的四氧化三锰,产物为类球形貌,晶形完整,该Mn3O4振实密度大于1.85 g/m3,Mn含量高于70.5%,S含量低于0.15%,主要金属杂质含量均在30×10-6以下,中位粒径在6~14μm范围内。Trimanganese tetraoxide used as anode material in lithium secondary battery was prepared by means of direct oxidation reaction 12 h with air at 75 ℃,pH value of 6.5 and manganese sulfate monohydrate as raw materials,while the concentration of Mn2+ was 60~70 g/L and the air flow and stirring speed were appropriate.Results showed that the product was tetragonal trimanganese tetraoxide which consisted of wellcrystallized spherical particles with high purity.The tap density of Mn3O4 sample prepared was greater than 1.85 g/m3,Mn content was higher than 70.5%,S content was less than 0.15%,mainly metal impurities were all in the 30×10-6 or less,and the median particle size was between 6~14 μm.
