摘　　要：以310 nm为检测波长,建立了紫外分光光度法测定丁微硅油乳中盐酸丁卡因的含量。结果表明,盐酸丁卡因在1.62～12.12μg/mL范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为98.4%,RSD=0.79%。该方法操作简单、准确,可作为丁微硅油乳的质量控制方法。In order to determine the content of tetracaine hydrochloride in butyl osmund silica oil emulsion,an UV spectrophotometry method was established with detection wavelength at 310 nm.The standard curve of tetracaine hydrochloride was linear over the range of 1.62~12.12 μg/mL（r=0.999 8）,and the average recovery was 98.4% with RSD of 0.79%.The method was simple and accurate for the quality control of butyl osmund silica oil emulsion.
