痰热清联合头孢呋辛治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察痰热清联合头孢呋辛治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效。方法 60例确诊的社区获得性肺炎患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),治疗组给予痰热清联合头孢呋辛治疗,对照组用头孢呋辛治疗,观察其疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为86.7%,治疗组优于对照组。结论痰热清联合头孢呋辛治疗社区获得性肺炎疗效良好。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Tanreqing injection combined with Cefuroxime in treatment of Community acquired pneumonia.Methods 60 cases of Community acquired pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group（30 cases） and control group（30 cases）.Two groups were treated by Cefuroxime.The treatment group was treated with Tanreqing injection,additionally.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.7%,the total effective rate of control group was 86.7%,and the treatment group showed more significant clinical efficacy compared with control group.Conclusion It is effective to treat Community acquired pneumonia with Tanreqing injection combined with Cefuroxime.
