超声雾化吸入尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶和凝血酶治疗咯血

摘　　要：目的评估雾化吸入尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶和凝血酶治疗咯血的疗效和安全性。方法 39例各种原因咯血患者在常规治疗的基础上,加用凝血酶1000U、尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶2IU雾化吸入治疗,2次/d,观察止血效果和止血时间。结果 39例中显效21例,有效16例,无效2例,总有效率为94.87%、平均止血时间分别为2.3±0.31 d;无不良反应。结论雾化吸入尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶和凝血酶治疗咯血起效迅速,疗效确切,安全无痛苦且操作简单。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of atomization inhalation of thrombin and hemocoagulase agkistrodon in treatment of patients with hemoptysis. Methods Based on routine medical treatment, thirty-nine patients with hemoptysis were given atomization inhalation of thrombin 1000 U and hemocoagulase agkistrodon 2IU twice daily. The hemastatic time and the efficacious rate for hemostasis were observed. Results The efficacious rate for hemostasis was 94.87 %, the average time for hemostasis was 2.3 ± 0. 31 d. No significant adverse effects were found. Conclusion Aatomization inhalation of thrombin and hemocoagulase agkistrodon in treatment of hemoptysis was effective and safe, and was worth of the clinical application.
