摘　　要：目的总结结核性毁损肺手术治疗经验。方法回顾分析我科1991～2010年58例结核性毁损肺行胸膜肺全切除术36例,全肺切除22例。结果手术失血350～5500 ml,平均1200 ml,合并呼衰5例,无死亡病例,合并支气管胸膜瘘3例。结论积极手术治疗结核性毁损肺,注意风险,防范手术并发症。Objective To study the experience of surgical treatment for tuberculous destroyed lung.Methods The clinical data of 58 cases of tuberculous destroyed lung with pleuropneumonectomy from 1991~2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The volume of blood loss during operation was 350~5500 ml（that of average was 1200 ml）,5 cases with breath failure.No death occurred,3 cases with bronchopleural fistula.Conclusions Treating activly tuberculous destroyed lung,paying attention to the risk of it and proventing the postoperative complications are important.
