国际视野下的上海文化软实力优劣势评析

摘　　要：为准确把握中国第一大城市上海目前文化软实力发展的水平,从文化基础力、文化保障力、文化生产力、文化传播力、文化吸引力、文化创新力六个方面设计了包含33个具体指标的文化软实力评价指标体系,将上海与纽约、巴黎、伦敦、东京、香港、新加坡、台北、悉尼、北京等国际都市的文化软实力进行量化测评与比较。研究发现,上海文化软实力发展水平在上述城市中居末位,其中文化生产力、文化传播力是最薄弱的环节,并详细分析了上海与其他国际大都市在文化软实力方面的优劣势及存在巨大差距的原因。The evaluation index system including 33 items, based on six aspects which are cultural base, cultural support capacity, cultural productivity, cultural communication, cultural attraction and cultural creativity, is designed to accurately evaluate the international position of Shanghai＇s cultural soft power development level, then compare with New York, Paris, London, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taipei, Sydney and Beijing. The results show that Shanghal＇s cultural soft power is the weakest of the ten cities, especially in cultural productivity and cultural communication. The paper explores the advantages and disadvantages of shanghai＇s cultural soft power, then analyses why there is huge gap between the cultural soft power of Shanghai and that of other metropolises.
