摘　　要：大学教师核心竞争力结构包括了教师的共性和个性能力,是教师共性和个性能力结构的集合。共性能力结构的核心是育人与教学能力;个性能力结构因学校、学科专业、教师发展方向不同而存在差异。提升高校教师核心竞争力是学校、院系学科、教师围绕组织发展、学术发展和个体职业发展共同作用的结果。提高大学教师核心竞争力的关键在于通过制度和文化建设激励教师内在发展的自主性。The structure of college teacher＇s core competitiveness includes teacher＇s universality and individuality,which is the integration of teacher＇s universal ability and individual ability.The core of shared ability building uncludes educating people and teaching ability.Individuality ability structure varies with colleges,majors and direction of teacher＇s development.To raise teacher＇s core competitiveness is the result of interaction of colleges,subjects and directions of teacher＇s development,centered on organization development,academic development and individual career development.The key to improving college teacher＇s core competitiveness is to stimulate teacher＇s autonomy of internal development through the system and culture construction.
