摘　　要：通过继受苏联三六宪法来编纂我国第一部宪法——五四宪法,同时根据现实国情,对相关内容进行调整和修改,在宏观和微观层面上移植立法精神、结构体例以及具体内容。将两部宪法展开宏观与微观上的比较研究具有深远的意义。China codified the first constitution-1954 Constitution of China-by means of legal transplantation from 1936 Constitution of the Former Soviet Union. On the basis of national conditions, meanwhile, the interrelated contents were adjusted and revised. And and contents were transplanted in both macroscopic and microcosmic micro and macro studv on these two constitutions has a far-reaching significance.
