风洞天平校准装置的技术特性和评定方法研究

摘　　要：为提高风洞天平校准技术水平和确保校准质量,分析了风洞天平校准设备的计量现状,论证了通过计量测试途径定量考核评定风洞天平校准装置性能水平的必要性;通过分析风洞天平校准装置功能,提出了"附加干扰"、"重复性""、稳定性""、校准载荷范围"和"公式系数组成项"考核风洞天平校准装置技术水平和校准能力的5个技术特性以及"直接考核"和"间接评定"2条评定方法研究思路,供风洞天平和计量科研工作者参考。In order to improve technical level and quality of wind tunnel balance calibration,the paper analyzed metering situation of calibration device of wind tunnel balance,and demonstrated necessity for quantitatively checking and evaluating the performance of calibration device through metrology and test.By means of functional analysis,five technical characteristics,i.e.,additional interference,repeatability,stability,calibration load range,and coefficient composing of formulas,and two evaluation methods,i.e.,direct check and indirect evaluation,for evaluating technical characteristic and calibration capability were presented for technologist who studies wind tunnel balance and metrology.
