摘　　要：延长油田属典型的三低油藏,早期曾尝试用水平井开发,3口井试验均未见到效果.2009—2010年,经过精心设计和施工,在延长吴起成功钻探薛平1水平井,平均日产油量超过试验区块中直井(定向井)日产油量的4倍.结合延长低渗油田的特点,详细介绍了该井的钻井设计、施工和生产等全过程,论证了在延长油田用水平井开发低渗油田的可行性.Yanchang Oilfield is a typical ' three-low' oilfield.It was tried early developing it using horizontal wells,and three testing wells had no result.In 2010,Xueping 1 horizontal well was successfully drilled in Wuqi County by careful design and construction.Its daily oil production is 4 times greater than that of any vertical(directional) well in the same region.According to the characteristics of Yanchang Oilfield,the drilling design,drilling construction and oil production of Xueping 1 horizontal well are introduced in detail,and it is demonstrated to the feasibility of developing the ' three-low' oilfield using horizontal wells.
