摘　　要：分别建立了逆向选择条件下离散类型和连续类型的最优激励契约模型,并利用最优化控制原理求出了模型的最优解.为保险委托人设计合理的激励契约提供了理论参考依据.The optimal incentive contract model of discrete type and continuous type were established by the adverse selection,which finds the optimal control principle to calculate the model.It provides a theoretical basis for the Insurance clients to designing incentive contract.
