摘　　要："节能节水管理信息系统"是针对西南油气田公司节能节水管理工作的实际需求所研发的一套管理信息系统平台,该系统实现了分公司节能节水统计工作的一体化管理,使数据的收集直接延伸到基本用能单元和设备,统计工作做到了规范化、科学化、精细化,提高了分公司节能节水统计管理水平。The information system for the energy-saving and water-saving management has been developed for satisfying the actual needs of energy-saving and water-saving management of Xinan Oil and Gas Field.The integration management for the energy-saving and water-saving statistics has been realized by using this system.The system can collect directly the data from the basic energy-using units and equipment,promote the standardization,the scientific and the refinement of the statistics work and improve the statistics management level for the energy-saving and water-saving of the company.
