退黄洗剂联合早期护理干预对新生儿黄疸的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨退黄洗剂联合早期护理干预对新生儿黄疸治疗效果。方法:2009年3月～2011年1月,我院收治新生儿黄疸343例,随机分为A、B、C三组,其中A组患儿采用常规治疗护理;B组患儿在A组基础上采用陈子白黄洗剂进行洗澡;C组患儿采用陈子白黄洗剂联合早期按摩治疗。治疗后对三组患儿的疗效进行评价。结果:三组患儿黄疸情况治疗情况比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),三组患儿住院天数比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:对黄疸新生儿采用退黄洗剂并联合早期按摩治疗,可明显提高其疗效,改善患儿预后。To investigate the effiet of jaundice - relieving lotion and early nursing intervention on neonatal jaundice treatment. Methods：343 new- born with jaundice in our hospital from March 2009 to January 2011 randomly divided into A group, B group and C group, the A group was given conven- tional treatment, the C group received jaundice - relieving lotion and early massage on the basis of conventional therapy plus jaundice - relieving lotion for the treatment group, C patients in the B group received jaundice -relieving lotion and early massage. To evaluate the effect after treatment in three groups. Results ：The three groups of patients were compared, there were significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The patients inhospital days of three groups has remark- able difference. Conclusion：The jaundice of the newborn with jaundice lotion and early nursing intervention can obviously improve the curative effect, im- prove the prognosis of patients.
