摘　　要：目的:探讨RITA Habib 4X射频止血切割器切除肝脏的手术配合。方法:总结了10例应用RITA Habib 4X射频止血切割器肝脏切除的手术配合经验。结果:术后随访10例患者均未出现断面出血、胆漏、感染等并发症,均痊愈出院。结论:对较传统的肝脏切除的手术方法,RITAHabib 4X射频止血切割器的使用简便,减轻了护士的工作压力以及降低了手术成本。但是另一方面,RITA Habib 4X射频止血切割器进行肝脏切除是一种新技术,做好患者的心理护理尤为重要。To explore the intraoperative care for the patients undergoing liver resection with bipolar radiofrequency device： RITA Habib 4X. Methods：This paper summarized the intraoperative care for 10 patients undergoing liver resection with bipolar radiofrequency device：RITA Habib 4X. Re- sults：Follow - up of I0 patients were all recovered from the hospital. Conclusion：Compared with traditional liver resection operation method, bipolar radio- frequency device： R1TA Habib 4X is easy to use, relieve our work pressure and reduce surgical cost. But on the other hand, liver resection with bipolar ra- diofrequency device ： RITA Habib 4X is a kind of new technology, and how to do well the patients＇ psychological nursing is particular important.
