摘　　要：利用研究生教育资源促进本科生教育及提高本科生人才培养质量是高等教育教学改革研究中极具探索潜力的一个方面。针对研究生在本科生人才培养质量中的优势和特点,从毕业论文、大学生科技活动和本科导师制3个环节分析研究生在高等教育中所起的重要作用。It has the great potential to study how to improve the quality of the cultivation of undergraduates by using the educational resources of postgraduates.According to the advantages and properties of postgraduates,the important exertion of postgraduates on the higher education from three ways,i.e.graduation thesis,activity of science and technology and tutorial system of undergraduate,has been analyzed.
