摘　　要：目前临床上检测肿瘤的指标有很多,并且有较高的实用性。这类指标检测出现异常时,患者大多进入肿瘤晚期,有的患者因此失去了早期治疗的机会。而胸苷激酶1作为一种细胞增殖标志物,可以用于健康人群体检筛查、肿瘤病变进展期筛查、肿瘤的疗效监视和预后评估等方面。在肿瘤发生之前,检测胸苷激酶1可以较早发现处于增殖阶段的癌前病变,预防癌症的发生。There are many indicators in the diagnosis of tumors with high practicability at present.When the abnormal situation occurs,the patients are often in the stage of advanced with cancer,thas some patients lose the opportunity for early treatment.Thymidine kinase 1 as a kind of cell proliferation markers,can be used for medical examination of healthy population screening,tumor stage screening,effect monitoring and prognosis evaluation.Before occurrence of tumor,detection of thymidine kinase 1 can deted the precancerous lesion in the proliferative phase,which may prevent the occurrence of cancer.
