苯中毒患者外周血红细胞检测的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨苯中毒程度不同患者外周血红细胞的临床改变特点。方法分别对60名健康体检者及72名苯中毒患者治疗前红细胞(RBC)和网织红细胞(Ret)进行测定,并依据苯中毒程度,将患者分为轻、中、重度中毒3组,对三组之间治疗前后红细胞数进行统计学分析。结果正常对照组RBC与Ret分别为(4.81±0.33)×1012/L、1.10%±0.26%,苯中毒患者RBC与Ret分别为(2.97±0.24)×1012/L、0.89%±0.35%,显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05);其中,轻度、中度与重度中毒组治疗前RBC分别为(3.71±0.23)×1012/L、(3.33±0.34)×1012/L与(2.49±0.19)×1012/L,组间差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。经治疗后苯中毒各组RBC数上升分别为(4.20±0.33)×1012/L、(3.91±0.28)×1012/L与(3.13±0.25)×1012/L,与治疗前RBC数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苯中毒时可致RBC与Ret计数的降低,特别是中度、重度苯中毒时RBC数降低明显,苯中毒患者外周血RBC数的检测对于中毒程度的分级有一定的参考价值。Objective To investigate the different level of Benzolism on variation of RBC in blood.Method 60 healthy people and 72 patients of Benzolism were respectively detected for the percents of RBC and Reticulocytes in blood before any treatment.Acoording to the diffrerent level of Benzolism,the patients were divided into mild,moderate and severe poisoning group.The data of the percents of RBC and Reticulocytes in blood were analyzed before and after treatment.Results The percents of RBC and Reticulocytes of Benzolism group are significantly lower than the normal control group.The percents of the normal control group are（4.81±0.33）×1012/L and 1.10%±0.26%.The percents of the Benzolism group are（2.97±0.24）×1012/L and 0.89%±0.35%.The percent of RBC is significantly different among the three groups before treatment.The mild group is（3.71±0.23）×1012/L,the moderate group is（3.33±0.34）×1012/L and the severe group is（2.49±0.19）×1012/L.After the treatment,the percents of RBC are all higher than before.The difference is significant.Conclusion Benzolism can reduce the percents of RBC and Reticulocytes in bilood,especially the moderate and severe poisoning group.The data of the percent of RBC in blood has reference value in classifying the level of Benzolism.
