舒适护理对老年股骨骨折患者便秘的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理对老年股骨骨折患者便秘的影响。方法回顾性分析52例分别实施常规护理(26例)和在常规护理基础上实施舒适护理的老年股骨骨折病例(26例),比较两组患者便秘的发生率。结果常规护理组18例(69.2%)患者出现便秘,舒适护理组4例(15.4%)患者发生便秘,舒适护理组的便秘发生率明显低于常规护理组(χ2=15.44,P<0.05)。结论舒适护理能显著减少老年股骨骨折患者便秘的发生,促进患者康复。Objective To observe the effect of comfortable nursing care on constipation on elderly patients with thighbone fracture.Methods 52 elderly patients with thighbone fracture were reviewed and analysed.26 cases served as control group received single conventional care,while the experimental group was given comfortable nursing care and the conventional care,the incidence of the constipation in the two groups was analyzed.Results 18 patients had constipation in the control group and 4 patients in the experimental group.The incidence of constipation of the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group（χ2=15.44,P0.05）.Conclusions Comfortable nursing care of elderly patients with thighbone fracture was helpful to reduce the incidence of constipation,to relieve pain and promote healing.
