摘　　要：随着时代的发展和变迁,读者对公共图书馆的要求发生了变化,因此图书馆的读者服务工作也需要跟着做出相应的创新。笔者就从公共图书馆的封闭式服务向开放式服务、建立电子化、网络化的信息服务方式、以读者为中心的多样化、个性化、主动化服务等三个方面探讨和分析了公共图书馆现阶段创新服务模式的方式。With the development of the times and changes, the requirements of readers to public libraries has changed, so the reader service work of library also needs to follow corresponding innovation, the article discuss and analyses of the innovation service mode of public library at the present stage from the three as- pects of closed service to open service; the establishment of electronic, networked information service; reader centered diversification, personalized, active service etc.
