It records the historical process of the the Hedong earth of human civilization, contains a profound the Hedong cultural heritage, and an extremely valuable historical and documentary value. On the Hedong books digitized in the effective protection of the heritage of literature, to promote the Chinese traditional culture, highlight the cultural charm, which has practical significance and farreaching historical signifi- cance.
