摘　　要：介绍针对柳钢150t转炉除尘废水处理系统设备故障率高、泥浆调节池污泥易沉积、斜板沉淀池泥位偏高等问题,实施的采用卧式矿浆泵输送污泥、自动控制、温度监控等改造及其效果。The problems, such as high equipment failure rate of dedusting and wastewater treatment system of 150t Converter System, sludge in bunker is deposited easily and high sludeg level in sludge chamber, were introduced. And the transfomation measures, such as to apply the horizontal slurry pump to transport the sludge, automatic control and temperature monitor, andt its effects were introduced.
