摘　　要：六西格玛管理的一个十分重要的目标就是减少甚至是消除低质量成本,如何将六西格玛的原理运用到采购管理中提高采购管理的效益具有重要的研究意义。文中主要对供应链管理和六西格玛管理下的采购管理进行了分析对比。A very important goal of The Six Sigma management is to reduce or even eliminate the cost of low quality,how to use Six Sigma principles to improve the management of the benefits of purchasing management has important significance.The supply chain procurement management and procurement under the Six Sigma are analyzed and compared in the pape.
