摘 要:依据龙、刘水库防凌运用40a的资料,2007~2008年度凌汛期兰州站下泄水量虽较多,但仍处于较常见范围之内;该年度流凌、封河初期、稳封期、开河期流量控制符合水库防凌调度基本要求。流凌初封期下泄流量比较理想,稳封期比近9a平均偏大110m3/s左右。开河期控泄力度不足。在头道拐站过流能力较小情况下,兰州站从1月中旬流量缓慢递减率和总量偏小,三湖河口站上下河段槽蓄水增量在2月持续增加,至3月中旬最大,加重了开河期负担。在开河前夕三湖河口站槽蓄水释放强度大,导致凌灾发生。According to 40 a ice flood data in Long,Liu Reservoir,at Lanzhou Station,the discharging water amount was a little lager during 2007-2008,and the control of discharge satisfied the basic requirement of reservoir operation for ice flood control,the day of early freezing,the stable freezing and the break.It was found that the discharging was more ideal at the early ice run date and it was averagely 110 m3/s larger than that of the recent 9 a at the stable freeze date.It was lack of control ability at the break-up date.In the condition of small conveyance ability at Toudaoguai Station,the discharge and water amount decrease at Lanzhou Station started from the mid of the second ten days in Jan.and the channel-storage increment at the reach up and down of Sanhuhekou Station had still increased till Feb.and reached the maximum till mid of Mar.,resulting in a heavy load at the break-up date.An ice flood disaster occurred out of control.
