摘　　要：理论是实践的向导。大学生榜样教育的理论基础是大学生榜样教育的引领,也是实施德育教育的重要方法,还是提高其实效性的必需。本文尝试从马克思主义的相关理论、我国的思想道德教育传统、马斯洛的需求层次理论、重要他人理论、观察学习理论等方面来探讨大学生榜样教育的理论基础。Theory is the guidance for practice.The theoretical foundation of model educatio n not only provides the guidance for the model education for college students,b ut also serves as a must to the improvement of its effectiveness.This article at tempts to explore that theoretical foundation from the respectives including th e related theories of Marxism,the traditions of Chinese ideological education, Maslow′s theory of hierarchy of needs,theories of significant others′,and ob servational learning.
