摘　　要：自2009年全国推行新型农村社会养老保险的试点工作以来,各试点县都在遵循国家试点意见的前提下,结合当地实际积极稳妥地推进。本文选取四川省达州市所辖的宣汉和万源两个试点县作为分析单位,试图总结出推行新农保试点的普遍经验、存在的问题与改进的建议。本文着重论述了完善新农保的参保缴费补贴机制的措施,以期为国家普遍推广新农保工作提供参考。The pilot project of the new rural social pension insurance has been since 2009. The counties concerned carry forward actively and selects Xuanhan and Wanyuan governed by Dazhou as units of steadily according to implemented all over country the local situation. This paper analysis in order to summarize the ences, problems and suggestions from the implementation of the new rural social pension insurance. focuses on the improvement of the insurance contribution subsidy ences to our govemments policy on how to promote the new rural mechanism with the expectation common experi- Furthermore, it of giving refer- social pension insurance generally.
