摘　　要：介绍了中板厂精整线斜刃剪的结构及其在剪切过程中存在的问题,通过对斜刃剪剪切过程的分析,找出了该问题产生的根源,并提出了在下刀架中增加电磁铁的解决办法,最后通过数据计算分析验证了该方法的实际功效。This paper briefly introduces the structure of inclined blade shear of the finishing line at Medium Plate Plant and the existing problems in cutting process. The method of adding electromagnet on the lower tool rest is put forward and its efficiency has been verified through calculations and analysis of data.
