摘  要:通过直接水解法、沸水中水解凝聚法、加热水解法、沉淀胶溶法(pH值法)等研究了利用FeCl3和FeCl2水解法制备氢氧化铁(Fe(OH)3)和氢氧化亚铁(Fe(OH)2)溶胶的方法。详细了解FeCl3和FeCl2水溶液胶体体系的性质,为制备纳米四氧化三铁(Fe3O4)磁性液体作充分准备。乳光实验、扫描电镜(SEM)观测等证明了胶体溶液的存在,通过详细的实验观察和周密的分析,对多元弱碱盐复杂的水解过程、沉淀成分、溶液组成、液体物理化学性质的变化及影响水解过程的因素等进行了探讨。This paper studies the method of making Fe (OH) 3 and Fe (OH) 2 sol systems using FeC13 and FeC12 materials by means of direct hydrolysis method, hydrolysis-congelating method in boiling water, heating hydrolysis method and precipitation-sol method (pH method). The purpose is to learn more about the nature of FeC13 and FeC12 sol systems to fully prepare for making nanosized Fe304 magnetic fluids. The properties of FeCI3 and FeC12 system are studied in order to prepare nanosized Fe304 magnetic fluids. It is proved that there are colloid particles in the solution by means of the opalescence experiment and scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) experiment. Through the detailed experimental observations and careful analyses, the paper discusses some factors which change the complex proteolytic processing of multi-base salt, sediment composition, solution composition, the physical and chemical properties of liquid, and affect the hydrolysis process. Finally, the paper draws some significant conclusions.
