清咽喷雾剂对急性咽炎治疗作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察清咽喷雾剂对急性咽炎的治疗作用。方法运用小鼠耳肿胀试验、小鼠毛细血管通透性试验、大鼠足肿胀试验,评价清咽喷雾剂的抗炎消肿作用;采用内毒素致家兔发热模型,酵母致大鼠发热模型,测定给药后不同时间的体温变化,评价清咽喷雾剂的解热作用;采用25%氨水造模的SD大鼠急性咽炎模型,从病理组织学的角度评价清咽喷雾剂抗急性咽炎的作用。结果清咽喷雾剂中、高剂量组均能抑制小鼠耳肿胀、大鼠足肿胀,以及降低小鼠毛细血管通透性,具有明显的解热作用,减轻急性咽炎模型大鼠炎部黏膜上皮病理变化。结论清咽喷雾剂能抑制急性炎症,有明显的解热作用和缓解急性咽炎的作用。Objective To observe the therapeutical effect of Qingyan spray on the acute pharyngitis. Methods The anti inflammation effect of Qingyan spray was evaluated through the mouse ear swelling tests,mouse capillary permeability tests and rat paw swelling tests.The antipyretic effect of Qingyan spray was also evaluated by measuring the temperature changes at different time after drug administration in the rabbits fever model induced by endotoxin and rats fever model induced by yeast.The acute anti pharyngitis effect of Qingyan spray was evaluated by judging from histopathology of SD rat acute pharyngitis model molded with 25%ammonia.Results Because high dose group inhibited the mice ear swelling and rat paw swelling and reduced the mice capillary permeability,it had an obvious antipyretic effect and could alleviate the pathological changes on inflammatory mucous membrane in rat acute pharyngitis model.Conclusion Qingyan spray can inhibit the acute inflammation,so it has an obvious antipyretic effect and alleviating effect of the acute pharyngitis.
