克拉霉素结合体外短波治疗支原体性前列腺炎的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨支原体性前列腺炎的治疗效果,为这类患者提供安全、高效的治疗方法。方法取90例支原体性前列腺炎患者,随机分为试验组(A组)与对照组(B组),各45例,A组接受口服克拉霉素片250mg,每日2次,同时结合体外短波治疗2～4周。B组接受口服克拉霉素片250 mg,每日2次,2～4周。结果 A组有效率为86.7%;B组有效率为60.0%。结论采用克拉霉素片结合短波治疗支原体性前列腺炎,既减少了药物不良反应,而且具有无痛苦、无创伤、安全等优点,是一种有效的治疗方法。Objective To explore the clinic curative effect of the in tegration therapy on prostatitis infected with mycoplasma, and provided a consise, scure and high - performance pathway for them. Methods 90 cases of prostatitis patients were randomly divided into two groups, 45 patients（the control group） were oral clarithromycin,los prostatitis 250 mg,bis in die,oral treatment 2-4 weeks.the others（the trial group） did it and were provided with short - wave 4 weeks. Results The rate of total effectiveness of the trial group was 86.7 %, and the rate of to- tal effectiveness of the control group was 60.0%. Conclusion The pathway of Clarithromycin and short - wave for type prostatitis infected with mycoplasma was high - performance treatment,not only decreased the untoward effect of drug, but also taken on painless, hurtless, safe ect.
