摘  要:浙江省遂昌县杉木双系种子园七小区1339嫁接无性系,其穗条来源于浙江省余杭长乐杉木种子园。针对双七区1339无性系的众多接株个体间变异明显,以其余杭长乐杉木种子园中的1339正常株作对照,分析两者在形态、花期、花量和等位酶等特性上的差异性和相似性。结果证明:异常1339植株应为无性杂种。由此得到一些启示:(1)采用分子标记技术,构建种子园无性系的指纹图谱时,将相差1-2条谱带的材料划分为两个无性系时,要特别小心;因为这样做可能是错的。(2)在林木种子园、采穗圃或基因库建立时,最好采用同一无性系材料来做砧木;在困难条件下,用同一家系苗来作砧木也行,这可保证穗条接受相同的遗传因子影响。(3)对林木嫁接种子园中不同无性系的生长量,开花结实量等特性的评估时,应考虑到无性杂交这一因素造成的影响,因为不同砧木的遗传背景不同,产生的影响也会不同。The grafting clone 1339 grew in the seventh plot of biclonal seed orchard in Suichang County of the Zhejiang province, their cuttings were taken from the Changle Chinese fir seed orchard in Yuhang,and there were distinct variables among the individuals. Compared the grafted clone 1339 in Suichang orchard with the clone 1339 in the Changle orchard, it was found that there were obvious diversity and similarity in aspects of morphology,flowering period,flower amount and allozyme between the two clones. The results confirm that the grafted clone 1339 having exceptionally characteristics should be a kind of asexual hybrid. Furthermore, we can get some implications: (1) when using the molecular marker technique, constructiog clone fingerprint, and dividing materials with the difference of 1-2 bands into two clones, we must be specially careful, because this result possibly a wrong outcome. (2) when establishing, tree graft seed orchard, cutting orchard or gene bank, we should better use the identical clone material to make the stock; under the difficult condition, maybe makes same family seedling use stocks .This may maintain cutting-strips to accept the same genetic influence. (3) when evaluating the growth quantity, flowering and seed-bearing yield of different grafting clones, the influence of asexual hybridization on cutting-strips should be considered because the stocks are different sources, the different stock’s genetic background will produce different genetic effects. 更多
