摘  要:以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(K30)为稳定剂,硝酸银为银源,通过化学还原法,制备了单分散性稳定存在的纳米银凝胶,并运用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)等对纳米银凝胶及室温下存放1年凝胶进行了表征。结果表明,纳米银凝胶在室温下放置1年后仍能稳定存在,纳米银颗粒无明显团聚,分散性好。以大肠杆菌为研究对象,纳米银凝胶原样品的质量分数为31.25×10–6,而保存1年后纳米银凝胶质量分数大于62.5×10–6时,有较好抑菌效果;该原样最低抗菌浓度(MIC)为31.25×10-6,而保存1年后纳米银凝胶的最低抗菌浓度为62.5×10–6,表明该纳米银凝胶具有较好的抗菌性能,且随着保存时间延长,该纳米银凝胶的抗菌性能有所下降。Monodispersity silver nanogel was prepared via chemical reduction method using silver nitrate as silver source and Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as stabilizer. The silver nanogel and stored for one-year silver nanogel were characterized by transmission electron microscope, UV-Vis spectrum. The results reveal that the silver nanogel deposited for one-year under indoor temperature had good stability and good dispersibility, its silver grains had no envious agglomeration. Antibacterial nature tests were carried out with Escherichia coli. The results show that the silver nanogel had good antibacterial performance and the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of the original silver nanogel was 31.25×10 –6 , while the sample stored one- year, the MIC was 62.5×10 –6 . The results prove that the antibacterial performance of nanogel descend with the storing time extension.
