摘　　要：目的:探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤的临床应用。方法:收集多种不同病例,根据中医辨证论治,异病同治,三因制宜的理论,紧扣病机,灵活诊治。结果:临床常用"方剂辨证"来辨治,"有是证用是方",辨证准确,疗效确切。Objective：To investigate the clinical application of the astragalus Guizhi Wuwu decoction.Methods：Collect a variety of different cases,according to Chinese medicine dialectical theory of governance,the treatment of different diseases in the same way,the Three factors of the theory,focuses on pathogenesis,flexible diagnosis and treatment.Results：The clinical commonly used prescription dialectical＂to debate governance＂,dialectical accurate,significant effect.
