摘  要:以"物化封固井壁阻缓压力传递-加强抑制水化-化学位活度平衡-合理密度有效应力支撑"的"多元协同"稳定井壁新理论为基础,对有机胺、铝基聚合物及聚合物弹性微球等主要处理剂进行了评价,研制出了"多元协同"钻井液。室内实验和现场应用表明,该钻井液具有优良的防塌性能,能有效抑制岩屑分散,起到稳定井壁和保护油气层的作用,满足复杂地质条件下钻井的需要。试验井机械钻速为6.03 m/h,2口邻井分别为3.38、4.22m/h;井眼扩大率为8.19%,邻井分别为16.1%和15.7%。Based on the new theory of wellbore stabilization named multivariate coordination which includes the technologies of sealing and consolidating wellbore physic-chemically to slow down pressure transmission, strengthen the inhibition of hydration, balance chemical potential activity and provide the effective stress support of reasonable density of drilling fluid, the organic amines, aluminum flexible polymer and elastic polymeric microspheres are evaluated.A new multivariate coordination drilling fluid is developed.Evaluating experiments on inhibition, rheology, filtration control capacity and formation protecting ability of this drilling fluid are conducted.The functional mechanism of this drilling fluid is investigated and field application of this new drilling fluid show that the ROP of is 6.03 m/h that higher than the two offset wells of 3.38 m/h and 4.22 m/h, and the borehole enlargement ratio is 8.19% that lower than that of 16.1% and 15.7%.
