摘  要:为了提供满足高温海相碳酸盐岩储层深层酸压改造需要的新型酸液体系,利用异丙醇锆为中间体,乳酸(钠)和丙三醇为配位体的2步合成法,合成出了耐高温酸液有机锆交联剂,该交联剂与稠化剂GC-201在交联比为100∶0.8时,常温交联时间为8~11 min。通过该交联剂调试出的耐高温地面交联酸缓速性能在120℃下,前10 min缓速率达到了90.89%,在120℃以170 s-1的速率剪切60 min后,黏度仍在93.3 mPa.s以上,且在一定条件下可彻底破胶,黏度小于10 mPa.s,破胶液残渣含量为118 mg/L,适合川东北地区高温储层酸化压裂改造的需要。In this paper, a high temperature organic zirconium crosslilnker for new acid system working for high temperature acid fracturing operation in the marine deposit carbonate reservoirs is developed, by using zirconium isopropoxide as an intermediate and lactic acid (sodium), glycerol as ligands.When the ratio of the crosslinker and viscosifying agent GC-201 is 100:0.8, the crosslinking time is between 8-11 minutes at room temperature.At 120?, by using this crosslinker, the retarding rate of surface cross-linked acid reaches to 90.89% at first 10 minutes, after 60 minutes of shearing at the rate of 170 s-1, the viscosity can still be maintained at more than 93.3 mPa·s.Moreover, under certain conditions, it can be completely broken and the viscosity is less than 10 mPa·s, and the content of broken glue residue is only 118 mg/L.
