摘  要:为提高清洁变黏酸的耐温性,实现在高温碳酸盐岩裂缝性储层中的转向均匀布酸功能,通过分析清洁变黏酸作用机理及高温失效原因,提出了针对性的研究对策及高温助剂分子结构模型,研制出清洁变黏酸用高温稠化剂,优化确定了盐酸、高温稠化剂、缓蚀剂、铁离子稳定剂、无机盐等种类及用量,形成了高温清洁变黏酸技术。实验结果表明:①清洁变黏酸在碳酸盐岩心中具有良好的转向作用及理想的pH值变黏特性;②在120℃,170 s-1条件下,变黏酸鲜酸剪切70 min黏度不超过17 mPa.s,具有良好的可泵性;乏酸剪切70 min仍保持黏度高于90 mPa.s,具有良好的高温变黏能力,验证了分子结构设计的正确性。In this paper, for improving high temperature resistance of viscoelastic surfactant acid that can distribute evenly in high temperature carbonate reservoir, a high temperature viscoelastic surfactant acid is developed by analyzing mechanism of that and failure reason in high temperature.Moreover, the molecular structure model of high temperature auxiliary agent is carried out, and the high temperature thickener is studied, also the type and dosage of hydrochloric acid, thickener, inhibiter,ferrous stability, inorganic salt are researched.The experimental results show that the viscoelastic surfactant acid has good turning performances in carbonate core, and in conditions of 120 ℃, 170 s-1, the viscosity of fresh viscoelastic surfactant acid is smaller than 17 mPa·s after shearing 70min, also the viscosity of lack viscoelastic surfactant acid is greater than 90mPa·s after shearing 70 minutes.
